Not, I should add, the sun sign newspapers and magazine stuff!
Pluto 'hard' transits are not usually mild ones. They usually herald major upsets and changes; whether in personal, national or global terms. They can also include power struggles and power issues - including 'bullying' or what is perceived as bullying.
If I can give a simple example. UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher experienced a Pluto/Ascendant transit in 1989-90. At this time she was challenged by members of her own party and subsequently resigned as Prime Minister. This was a massive and totally unexpected fall from grace and would haunt her for the rest of her life; until she died last week.
Pluto is currently in Capricorn and because of retrograde motion has been hovering around 10-11 degrees of that sign for a while. At the same time, Uranus has been in Aries (ruled by Mars, the God of war)at around the same position and doing the same thing. As a consequence, they literally square up to each other every few months and will continue to do so until 2014/15. Only once they cease their retrograde phases and head off at their different speeds - Uranus faster than Pluto - will we see the end of these 'clashes'.
Uranus is often associated with sudden or unexpected happenings; Pluto with upsets and power struggles.
So you can perhaps understand why a Pluto/Uranus square should provoke much speculation by those with any kind of serious interest in astrology.
North Korea is, I suspect, on hold; but certainly not gone away. It is possible that some internal power struggle is holding up proceedings. But having made the threat, they will not want to lose face.
Unfortunately, you cannot predict the exact timing of life changing events; whether on a personal or geographic level. As is witnessed by the recent Boston terrorist attack or the massive explosions in West, Texas in the last 24 hours.

William Lynhopehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18338736896117616359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4190850570162834167.post-11583899626785268802013-04-16T04:12:46.835+01:002013-04-16T04:12:46.835+01:00It appears April 10th passed without any major eve...It appears April 10th passed without any major event caused by North Korea.

With the bombings at the Boston marathon today security is being raised in London for the marathon next week.

Does Pluto come into play soon?Ryan_NShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07645911791776309570noreply@blogger.com
